Vision for the Community
Our proposal envisions a community of 60 modular tiny homes designed for both quality and efficiency. Modular housing allows for rapid, sustainable construction while reducing costs, ensuring the homes are not only affordable but built to last. Each home will offer energy-efficient features and modern, functional design to support comfortable living.
Proposed Layout and Housing Options
The proposal includes:
• 30 modular homes with 480 sq. ft. of living space, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom—an ideal option for individuals or couples.
• 30 modular homes with a larger 720 sq. ft. layout, offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate small families or roommates.
Community-Centric Amenities
Beyond just housing, this proposal envisions a space that promotes community, relaxation, and recreation, supporting a balanced lifestyle for residents. Planned amenities include:
• A clubhouse complete with a gym, a cozy living area, and two additional bathrooms.
• Two pickleball courts for fun and fitness.
• A dog park for pet-friendly play.
• A community pool for relaxation and socializing.
• BBQs and gazebos for gatherings and outdoor events.
